Transparent UV Quartz Plate
UV Quartz plate / sheet usually smelted and cut by quartz, they have a silica content of over 99.99%. The hardness is seven grades of Mohs, and it has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, thermal shock resistance and good electrical insulation performance.

1. Different raw materials for different application for customer choose.
a. JGS1 (Far Ultraviolet Optic Quartz slab)
It is made of synthetic quartz glass, so it contains a large number of hydroxyl groups (2000ppm), excellent UV transmission performance; especially in the outer region of shortwave ultraviolet, the light transmittance at 185nm can reach 90%, and synthetic quartz glass is at 2730nm Has a strong absorption peak. It is an excellent optical material in the 185-2500nm band.
b. JGS2 (Ultraviolet Optic Quartz slab)
It is a quartz glass produced with quartz raw materials and a hydrogen oxygen flame, which contains tens of ppm of metal impurities.
There is an absorption peak at 2730nm (hydroxyl content 100-200ppm), streaks and granular structure.
It is a good material that penetrates the 220-2500nm band.
c. JGS 3 (Infrared Optic Quartz slab)
It is a quartz glass produced by using quartz raw materials and a vacuum electric melting method, which contains several tens of ppm of metal impuritiesThere are small bubbles, particle structure and stripes, almost no (OH), with high infrared performance, the transmittance is as high as 85%, and its application wavelength range is 260-3500mm optical materials.
