Production principle
The electric arc is used as a heat source, and the preformed quartz powder is melted to form a high-purity quartz crucible. The device mainly includes:Rotary forming and turning mechanism, electrode lifting and opening mechanism, heat shield lifting mechanism, arc power supply device, electro-hydraulic transmission system, electronic control console system, sound insulation and air supply device, purging equipment and extraction tool, etc.
